昨天和公婆一起去買東西時.經過蛋糕店.婆婆突然說好想吃奈々醬的蛋糕喔!
公公說那叫奈々醬做給我們吃呀.因為比買的還好吃耶!
當然囉!如果大家喜歡吃我做的蛋糕.我當然樂意做給大家吃囉!
早上問婆婆.那您想吃什麼口味的蛋糕呢?
婆婆說[簡單的口味最棒啦!]
嗯...那就來做最基本的香草戚風蛋糕吧!!

1.蛋黃 3個
2.白糖 35g
3.沙拉油 3大匙
4.水 3大匙
5.香草精 數滴
6.草莓香精 數滴
7.低筋麵粉 70g
8.泡打粉 1小匙
9.製菓用藍莓碎片 1大匙

蛋白的部分
1.蛋白 3個
2.白糖 35g
鮮奶油
1.鮮奶油 200g
2.糖粉 10g
3.萊姆酒 1/2小匙
做法
1.蛋黃.白糖放入深盆中.用電動打蛋器打至發泡變白.

2.沙拉油.水.香草精.草莓香精從上面慢慢照順序倒入.用大湯匙攪拌均勻.

3.加入事先過篩的低筋麵粉.泡打粉.繼續攪拌均勻.

4.蛋白放入另外一個盆子裡.把白糖分2-3次加.用電動打蛋器打至硬性發泡.這時也把烤箱預熱至180度.

5.把蛋白霜分3次加入做法3的麵糊混合攪拌均勻. 製菓用藍莓碎片也加入混合攪拌.

6.把麵糊倒入蛋糕容器.

7.放入180度預熱好的烤箱中烤25分鐘.
8.鮮奶油200克.糖粉10克.萊姆酒放入盆裡.盆子底下再放另一個裝有冰水的盆子.用電動打蛋器拿斜斜的.低速打至奶油稍微變硬.放入冰箱冷藏.

9.蛋糕烤好出爐後.馬上倒過來放在網架上待涼.

10.蛋糕切三等份.

11.塗上鮮奶油.
